What we collect

• Account data: email, Partner Room username(s), crypto payout address.
• Usage data: IP, user-agent, referring URL, pages visited (via cookies and Google Analytics).
• Affiliate data: click timestamps on /go/ redirects, UTM parameters.

How we use it

To operate the loyalty program (verify tagging, calculate payouts, send payouts), to improve the site, and to communicate rewards and product updates.

Sharing

We share the minimum data required with Partner Rooms to verify that your account is tagged to BVMoneyback (typically just your Partner Room username). We do not sell personal data.

Cookies

We set a first-party ref_room cookie (90 days) to attribute your referral, plus Google Analytics cookies. You can disable cookies in your browser, but that may break referral tracking.

Your rights

You may request access, correction or deletion of your data at any time by emailing privacy@bvmoneyback.com.

Security

Data is stored encrypted at rest. We use TLS 1.3 for all site traffic.
